All writers, published or aspiring, are welcome.  Tim Sunderland will speak on "Understanding the Three-Act Structure".  Tim spent 25 years in the advertising industry and his freelance credits include pieces in the Los Angeles Times, Motor Trend, and Outside.  His talk is about plot development, the need for plot points, and how this formula helps a writer outline the story and know what needs to happen before they start writing.  He cites examples in well-known movies and novels to illustrate his points.  The meeting is FREE.  Contact: info@calwriterslongbeach.org for more information.
