Ruth Bach Neighborhood Library


Directions History Established in 1957, the Ruth Bach Neighborhood Library was named for Long Beach's first councilwoman. The current building, adjoining Heartwell Park and near the Long Beach Day Nursery, was opened February 21, 1958. Children: fiction, magazines, DVDs, music CDs, audio books, and subject material to support homework needs. -
Young Adult: fiction, nonfiction and magazines. -

This neighborhood library offers computers with Internet access, the library catalog, a community resource file, and various online reference resources. -
A library card number is needed to access the Internet. Access is on a first come basis and is limited to 30 minutes per day. Printing cost is $.15 per page. -
A photocopy machine makes black and white copies for $.15 per page. | |
