Make a Zine
Join Long Beach Zine Fest and Long Beach Public Library for a special edition drop-in Zine Making workshop at the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Library, Sunday July 30th at 12:00 p.m. At this pre-event, attendees will make a zine with the help of other attendees and a librarian!

Come make with us, learn what a zine is and about our event, meet an organizer, and get excited for the 3rd annual Long Beach Zine Fest! FREE and open to everyone!  Share your photos under #thefutureisfolded #LBZF17 #LBPLZineLibrary

What is a Zine? A zine is a self-published, do-it-yourself (DIY) printed material that shares knowledge, stories, art, photo, or pretty much anything!  Zines are a way to share your voice, share whats important to you or a community, and to create space for making!

What is LBZF? The 3rd Annual Long Beach Zine Fest is an awesome and free festival taking place on August 6th, 2017 from 11am-5pm at the Museum of Latin American Art (MoLAA)! Our event will feature zine artists and publishers, live music, and zine panels and workshops. By attending LBZF you will also have free access to tour the MoLAA Exhibits (MoLAA's Free Admission Sundays are sponsored by Target!)
