The Blanche Collins Forum was established in 1977 to celebrate the opening of the new Main Library and to honor Blanche Collins, the librarian who led to a successful fight against censorship of books. The Blanche Collins Forum brings a speaker of renown each year to the Main Library Auditorium, sponsored by your tax deductible contributions to an endowment fund. The Friends inscribe requested names in a handsome vellum-paged album. This is a lovely way to honor friends and family, living or deceased.
